Natalie McMurtry

Natalie McMurtry is the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Pharmaceutical and Supplementary Benefits Division for Alberta Health. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the province’s health system as a frontline clinician and leader, and has a passion for improvement and innovation within the system. Natalie began her career as a pediatric critical care pharmacist at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton. Most recently, she has held the position of Vice-President for Provincial Clinical Excellence at Alberta Health Services. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University and an MBA in Innovation Leadership.
