In collaboration with Health Quality Ontario (HQO), we completed a review of available evidence on the use of Internet-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) in individuals with mild and moderate major depression and anxiety disorders. Collaboratively, both organizations contributed to a health technology assessment that involved analyses of the evidence on clinical effectiveness, economic aspects, patient perspectives and experiences, ethics, and implementation issues in order to inform policy decisions relevant to the use of iCBT for individuals with these mental health disorders.
